Guide to Procrastination

Introduction -

Procrastination, a word that we all are familiar with, but barely realize the potential of it. A task so important that not only it provides relaxation to you but to your futuristic goals as well. It's like a chill out zone for those who deploy it accurately. As for those who are new to it, be careful.

With the ongoing phase in our life, time seems to slip away, it appears as the whole world is advancing at a great pace, while you (yes!! you) sit around reading an article about procrastination. I know that everyone needs that spark in life that ignites their will of success, but until that spark is lit, let's sit back and relax a little.

I know everyone seems to be writing some great articles about how NOT to procrastinate, how to avoid laziness etc; but what people aren't writing about is HOW TO PROCRASTINATE, they don't think about the well being of our fellow human beings who lack this great power. So I have decided to try and list out the 3 things which I feel will help such people procrastinate, everyone deserves some free time!!!

1. Get the habit of saying NO

It's really difficult for an active person to say NO to anything, because his/her mind is always working. The whole concept of Procrastination revolves around the idea of fooling your mind into thinking that the work in hand isn't important and perhaps you'll do it later. Try saying words like "Am tired", "Probably tomorrow" etc, these words help the mind in thinking that the task does not require due importance.

2. Be unproductive

Be it watching a TV show or lying around all day, it doesn't matter as long as you're wasting time. It might seem here that am trying to make my readers unworthy beings, but trust me; it helps to relax. Your mind can be free and even if it means a few hours, bliss.

3.Do what you love

I know, you must be thinking that on one hand I tell you to be unproductive and the next am asking you to work. But here's the catch, when you do what you love, it isn't exactly a time waste I know that. But anything you do will involve the expenditure of time and BAM there it is.

The above mentioned are the three key points required for anyone to procrastinate. And remember practice makes perfect. Keep working hard, who knows one day you might become a master procrastinator. But I must warn you, anything in excessive can be lethal so be careful.

Love you guys ;)
